  • Black Bull Knives proudly offers lifetime sharpening on all authentic Black Bull Knives.

    If your knife requires sharpening, cleaning, or oiling, you may send it in for service. This is part of our commitment to maintaining the performance and longevity of every blade we make.

    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service. Black Bull Knives is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.

  • Proper care will ensure your knife lasts a lifetime.

    Always dry your knife immediately after use. Leaving moisture on the blade can cause rust, especially on high carbon steel.

    Never place your knife in a dishwasher.

    If dropped, the blade tip may break and the handle may chip or crack.

    Do not use your knife as a screwdriver, pry bar, machete, or to chop through bones unless specifically designed for that purpose.

    Lightly oil the blade regularly. Food safe oils such as olive oil are recommended.

  • Shipping is a flat rate of 10 dollars to keep pricing simple.

    All knives are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

    If you would like your package to require a signature upon delivery, please note this during checkout and we will accommodate the request.

  • Due to the handmade and one of a kind nature of our knives, all sales are final and knives are sold as is.

    If you experience a major issue or concern with your knife, please contact us directly and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

    In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, Black Bull Knives will repair or replace the knife at our discretion.

    This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper care, natural weathering, or corrosion of steel or wood.

  • Custom knife orders require a 50 percent deposit and have an estimated lead time of three weeks.
